We're gearing up for Thanksgiving over here at HoneyBaked Ham Douglasville ... are you?!
If so, then you may also wanna gear up for LEFTOVERS!
Here's a great recipe you can try once Turkey Day has come and gone-- It's for HoneyBaked Ham Lasagna (that's right, we said "ham lasagna")!
Place a layer of "No Boil Lasagna" noodles on the bottom (you may need to break another noodle to fit the entire bottom of the pan). Next, layer the following ingredients in this order...
Spread 1 1/4 cups of our Spinach Alfredo over lasagna noodles and top with:
- 1/2 cup part-skim Ricotta cheese (dropped by tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup diced HoneyBaked Ham
- 1/2 jar of prepared pasta sauce sauce with olives & mushrooms, if desired
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
Repeat one more layer beginning with another layer of:

- HoneyBaked Ham
- spices and all but 1/4 cup of the remaining prepared pasta sauce (see above for quantities)
Top this with one more layer of:

- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- more grated Parmesan cheese
Repeat layer and top with more shredded Mozzarella. Bake uncovered in a 375º oven for 35-45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
